On September 23, 2023, the second model of the three-part Black Forest sneaker collection created by global sports company PUMA in collaboration with Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH will be released. The limited edition found its inspiration in the icons of the Black Forest and is thus dedicated to a tourist region for the first time.

After the prelude with the Slipstream Lo "Kuckuck" (Cuckoo), now follows the Puma x Black Forest RS Trck "Schwarzwälder Kirsch" (Black Forest Cake), which has the worldwide popular cake as a theme.

In addition to the Bollen hat, cuckoo clock and deep green forests in a fabulous natural landscape, the Black Forest cake is also considered an icon of the Black Forest.

From the very first glance, it is clear that this shoe is no ordinary sneaker. Inspired by the world-famous Black Forest cake, it is a tribute to German culture and craftsmanship.

The cherry red accents symbolize both the fresh cherries perched on top of the cake and also layered inside, giving this patisserie opus its distinctive touch. The tactile molded strip embodies the fluffy cream.

Delicate chocolate shavings designs on the insole complete the overall look and make the sneaker a real work of art.

A pendant on the side of the shoe is truly the cherry on the cake.

Puma RS stands for "Running System" and refers to a technology as well as a sneaker series from Puma, which was introduced in the 1980s. Originally, the RS system was developed for running and was characterized by special cushioning and comfort.

Over time, Puma has evolved the RS concept and released various models designed for both sports and casual wear. Especially in the late 2010s, the RS range experienced a revival thanks to the trend of retro running shoes and "dad sneakers". New models like the Puma RS-X were introduced and updated with modern designs and materials, while maintaining the signature look and feel of the original RS sneakers.
