Nike has once again teamed up with Simon Porte Jacquemus and his eponymous fashion brand to create a unique look for sports and lifestyle that celebrates the ultimate muses: the city of Paris and Nike's global portfolio of athletes.

The brand's third collection redefines sportswear for men and women — it celebrates style in motion and promotes a fluid relationship between performance and fashion.

The collection includes 10 different lifestyle pieces, such as redesigned tracksuits, T-shirts, statement bras and long skirts. The brand's third shoe silhouette, the Nike x Jacquemus Air Max 1, combines a Nike classic with a rounded, cubist air unit and Jacquemus' typical relaxed style.

And the iconic Le Swoosh bag, which transforms the Nike logo into a handbag, is now available in three new colors and is available in select Nike stores for the first time.

“This collection is born from the inspiration I find every day in Paris and in Nike’s athletes and the sports references I have always loved,” says Jacquemus. “I see the collection as a mix of sport, fashion and culture in the most beautiful city in the world, where Nike athletes will take center stage this summer.”

The collection builds on a long-standing partnership between Nike and Jacquemus. The brands first worked together in 2022 by combining elegant silhouettes with athletic ready-to-wear pieces for a debut collection inspired by old ACG and Nike campaigns from the 90s.

Recent collaborations such as the J Force 1 — inspired in part by the legendary Air Force 1, an icon of performance and style — look just as good in an art museum as in living spaces outside the world.

The most recent spring 2024 collection featured the Le Swoosh bag, a unique accessory that represents Nike in its purest form, as Jacquemus dreams of.

This year's summer collection is a nod to Jacquemus' French roots and comes in the colors red, white, blue and silver.

Together with the collection, the campaign and short film J'aime Paris will be launched, which represents Jacquemus' directorial debut and features a cross-generational cast of global athletes, French icons and vibrant muses of contemporary culture, including Serena Williams, Juliette Binoche, Central Cee and Lila Moss.

“When in Paris, the world simply feels different: more romantic, artistic and beautiful,” says Jacquemus. “J’aime Paris is an ode to the city I adore, drawing out all I love about this vibrant place and how those inspirations manifest in my third collection with Nike. This video is a blend of Jacquemus’ icons and unique mix of talents that represents French culture.”

The Nike x Jacquemus Summer 2024 collection will be launched on Jacquemus.com and Jacquemus retail stores on July 10, including an exclusive silver version of the Nike x Jacquemus Air Max 1.

The global release of the collection will be on July 25 at selected retailers such as VooStore.
