ASICS and HIDDEN NY have announced the release of a collaboration on the new GEL-VENTURE 6 SHIELD. This marks the second partnership between the two brands, following the launch of GEL-NYC collaboration earlier this year in April.

For this release, ASICS and HIDDEN NY have used the aesthetics of gemstone laboratories and archaeological studies as main influences for design.

The sneaker combines metallic turquoise for the ASICS Tiger Stripes with a white mesh upper, reminiscent of traditional jewelry from the southwestern United States.

In addition, the shoe features various reflective accents, transparent laces dipped in silicone, a HIDDEN NY logo and a turquoise map printed on the insole.

On December 14 and 15, the model was first revealed at the Sole DXB in Dubai.
On January 13, the collaboration will be available in Europe and subsequently at select sneaker stores such as 43einhalb, AFEW, Asphaltgold, HHV and SUPPA.
