Cecilie Bahnsen presents her next collaboration with ASICS SportStyle: The Gel-Terrain MT.
The model, consisting of two sneaker variants, made its debut during the brand's Spring/Summer 2025 show in Paris and continues to set new standards in combining technical performance and feminine aesthetics.

For the second time, Bahnsen is using the basic Gel-Terrain model and transforming it into a mid-top silhouette with two distinctive designs for the cold months.
The first variant features a shiny, quilted outer material with delicate floral embroidery, which lies under a semi-transparent, seamless layer.

The upper is complemented by a neoprene sock for additional comfort. The second version uses a distinctive TPU cover construction with floral elements. These create depth in design, while the silver ASICS Tiger Stripes subtly shine through.

A hidden zipper on the front conceals the lacing — a fusion of functionality and fine details. The two sneakers are in an exciting dialogue: a game of contrasts — bold and reserved, structured and soft, technical yet feminine.

Through several collaborations, Cecilie Bahnsen and ASICS have developed an unmistakable visual language. With the Gel-Terrain MT, this design language is so consolidated that they can explore new limits with self-confidence.

“With each collaboration, our design language with ASICS becomes more instinctive. The Gel-Terrain MT is a testament to that connection—where two sentiments meet in a way that feels effortless and completely our own,” says Bahnsen.

For the campaign, Cecilie Bahnsen has once again worked with Japanese photographer Takashi Homma, whose artistic vision captures the balance between movement and standstill.

His characteristic use of cool shades of blue pervades the campaign and subtly reflects the translucent depths of Gel-Terrain MT.
The visual aesthetic picks up on ASICS' philosophy of “Sound Mind, Sound Body” — with a focus on the moment after movement, a silent energy in which form and function merge.
