Continuing their ongoing partnership, Vans and Slam Jam come together once again in celebration of counterculture, this time drawing on another California icon – LA's original streetwear brand, FUCT.
‍
‍
‍
The collaboration between Vans and Slam Jam by FUCT honors the heritage and origins of the three brands in the punk and subcultural environment that served as inspiration for this extraordinary collection of iconic Vans silhouettes.
‍
‍
Founded in 1990 by Los Angeles-based artist Erik Brunetti, FUCT (Friends U Can’t Trust), is an anti-establishment brand firmly rooted in youthful rebellion against creative authority.
‍
‍
Over the years, FUCT has become a flagship in pushing messages of creative freedom of expression, moving away from fleeting trends and staying true to its counterculture DNA.
‍
‍
With the five-piece collection designed by FUCT, the label presents its first sneaker collection, which focuses on the LX Old Skool Reissue 36 and the LX Authentic Reissue 44.
‍
‍
All models are equipped with the new premium construction from Vans, which is characterized by a raised design and greater comfort.
Each model features details that pay tribute to FUCT's storied design history, complemented by the signature Slam Jam and Vans branding.
‍
‍
‍
Notable product highlights include co-branded insoles and see-through outsoles, foxing with Slam Jam's mantra “Chaos is Order,” the FUCT logo on the heel cap, and the “Steal this Shoe” label on the inside.
The global market launch is on September 19. Keep an eye on our Sneaker Releases.
