KARHU is bringing Mestari Control back to the market this fall. It is an innovative spin-off of an integral part of the Finnish brand's lifestyle collection, the Mestari.

The Mestari Control debuted last spring as part of a Collaboration with Universal Works and is now being published inline for the first time.

Karhus Mestari Control is equipped with a robust, slip-resistant outsole.

‍

‍

Inspired by several prototypes from the KARHU archive, the Mestari Control uses, among other things, a novel profile of the Albatross model from the early 1980s.

‍

‍

The design team has redesigned this unique outsole to create a more robust version of the Mestari with more grip for everyday use.

‍

In addition, the outer material of the Mestari Control has detailed tooling, which was based on another older silhouette, the KARHU Balance.
