C.P. Company and ASICS SportStyle have teamed up to create their very first collaboration. With a strong focus on tradition, design and innovation, C.P. Company and ASICS bring their unique design language and creative vision.

To reinterpret the GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII, C.P. Company used the Urban Agility-Concept from the Metropolis Series back.

Inspired by the iconic Metropolis Jacket, which was launched in 1999 as part of the Urban Protection Project, the Metropolis Series features tone-on-tone branding, functional pocket systems, high-performance materials such as HyST, A.A.C. and GORE-TEX INFINIUM, and advanced manufacturing techniques.

The project was presented at an exclusive preview in a multifunctional space during Paris Fashion Week.

The space was designed to reflect the metropolitan environment in all its facets: noises, wind, street lamps, sounds and building elements. All inspiring elements for the GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII design.

The GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII sneaker is also inspired by natural shapes and interlocking structures. Its upper structure has been redesigned with 5D print details that are based on ergonomic shapes found in nature. The advanced TRUSSTIC technology and Mudguard provide better stability and a more dynamic appearance.

The shoe's midsole has been redesigned with DIVISION SPACE technology to provide more cushioning and less weight. FF BLAST PLUS ECO damping consists of at least 20% biomass derived from sugar cane. This provides more suspension and comfort underfoot.
