Vault by Vans has teamed up with Gallery Dept. to release a five-piece Footwear Capsule.
They draw on the distinctive skateboard design style of the late 90s and early 00s.
Founded in 2017 in Los Angeles, Gallery Dept. combines a love of vintage clothing with art to reinterpret it.
The goal: unique and convincing products of high quality.
With the skate style in mind, Josué Thomas from Gallery Dept. scoured the Vans archive to redesign the Rowley XLT.
The shoe was introduced in 2001 as a signature shoe by long-time Vans team skater Geoff Rowley and is now equipped with unexpected colors and material combinations.
The Vault by Vans Gallery Dept. Rowley XLT LX was designed based on the retro styling of Vans with loose fits and exciting silhouettes.
All models come with a lightweight midsole for comfort and shock absorption and an improved heel clip that improves grip and shape.
The Rowley XLT LX is made of high-quality leather and suede and features the Gallery Dept. -Branded
Unusual color combinations, a textured finish and all-over color blocking are the special features of the collaboration.
The Vault by Vans x Gallery Dept. The collection will be available from November 11th at Asphaltgold.
