Vans, the brand for action sports shoes and apparel, has teamed up with the leading European media platform and boutique Wasted Talent teamed up to launch a joint collection.
Created by a group of aperitivo enthusiasts with a love for surfing, Wasted Talent was launched in 2016 by a group of people who longed for a deeper, thought-provoking insight into the subcultures they identify with.
What began as a small print magazine has now developed into Europe's leading surf and skate media company.
Vans is proud to be part of the partnership and campaign, which was filmed on Lake Como and is a playful reference to the Dolce Vita of previous years.
The collection offers a new version of the classic Sk8-Hi and
Slip-on
The Sk8-Hi is made from lightweight canvas and features luxurious 3D embroidery of the Wasted Talent logo. The Sk8-Hi is complemented by the Vans Slip-On in Blanc de Blanc with a rubber toe cap and embroidered logo.
Apparel focuses on minimalism with a cream-colored T-shirt with logo patch and checkerboard print.
When the sun sets and the evening cools down, a black hoodie with a subtle logo print should appeal to even the most demanding tastes. The collection is rounded off with blanc de blanc socks - because pour quoi pas.
