This summer, as athletes prepare for the biggest competition of their lives, the prestigious Palais Brongniart will be reborn as a haven to escape the chaos of the games.

The “Oakley Exoplanetary Bunker”, a brutalist-inspired retreat, immerses visitors in the rebellious history of the brand and offers a journey through Oakley's almost 50-year history, the present and the vision that shapes the future of the brand.

"At Oakley, we don't believe in predicting the future; we believe in creating it. We don't just witness greatness; we inspire and equip it. And the Oakley Exoplanetary Bunker is an experience to honor this obsession and celebrate our future!" said Caio Amato, Chief Marketing at Oakley.

"Here's to breaking boundaries, rewriting history, and celebrating innovation and storytelling wrapped in art. Welcome to our Bunker."

Team Oakley athletes and Oakley guests can relax, refuel and prepare for the next competition in the spacious auditorium with food, games and more, while a live DJ sets the right mood. The bunker also has an exclusive area for athletes as well as various rooms and experiences, each of which deals with stories about Oakley:

The Oakley Muzm

The Muzm is a journey through Oakley's history and showcases the company's most legendary products, including those that have made a distinctive statement on the world's biggest sports stage over the years.

From Over the Top, the radical eyewear worn by sprinter Ato Boldon in 2001, to Xeus and Kato, seen on elite athletes during high-stakes competitive moments, the Muzm tells the story of the relentless innovation and bold design that have made Oakley legendary in eyewear and beyond.

Innovation Area

Oakley's cutting-edge designs are showcased in a dedicated area for the latest product innovations. The QNTM Kato is unveiled: the next generation of Oakley Kato, the breakthrough glasses that have revolutionized sport.

The glasses have the instantly recognizable, frameless, mask-like structure of their predecessor, which is strong enough for the best athletes, but also ensures long-lasting comfort no matter how they are used.

Redefine your vision with Sphaera glasses, find peace and focus with the Latch Panel and take an exclusive look at the development of the WTR Icon helmet. Discover more unique products that enrich Oakley's sports culture.

Lens Cut Bar

At the Lens Cut Bar, athletes can turn Oakley glasses into a very personal piece. The bar has an impressive five-axis cutting machine, which was specially developed for cutting and assembling Sphera glasses.

Athletes can choose from seven exclusive glass shapes that are only available in the Oakley Exoplanetary Bunker and vary in size and design to create custom glasses that fit perfectly and match your personality.

Shiftwave Experience

This special recovery experience helps athletes find their “inner spark” and restore their state of flow. While sitting comfortably, athletes experience adjustable pulse waves that can be tailored to their needs. Throughout the session, they are guided by meditation, which promotes regeneration and total fitness through breathwork and strengthening the mind-body connection.

The Future Genesis Room

Oakley's future is brought to life in a top-secret room where telephones are not allowed, which offers a glimpse of Oakley's innovative thinking and a behind the scenes look at the brand's future.

The Oakley Exoplanetary Bunker is open until August 11 and can only be accessed by accredited guests. Oakley has been operating since 1996 Safe house loungesto remember historic moments and competitions of athletes.
