With the Hyperboot, Nike and Hyperice are launching a wearable innovation that redefines warm-up and regeneration for athletes. The shoe combines warmth and dynamic air compression and thus enables effective preparation — completely without being tied to a location.

“Athletes are telling us that ‘pre-covery’ is just as important as recovery. The Hyperboot helps get the body ready — whether you’re competing or on your feet all day,” explains Tobie Hatfield, Senior Director Nike Athlete Innovation.

Since the first Nike x Hyperice boot launch in Summer 2024 professionals and recreational athletes have tested the model — with positive feedback: The Hyperboot supports all phases of training — physically and mentally.

American track and field sprinter Sha'Carri Richardson reports: “I felt the difference right away — especially in my training. Being able to warm up and recover while staying mobile is a huge benefit when I’m traveling.”

The shoe contains two air chambers for targeted compression and integrated heating elements that distribute heat evenly throughout the outer material. Thanks to HyperIce's Normatec and HyperHeat technology, heat is transported deep into the fabric — making it feel as if the warm-up has already taken place.

Three compression and heat levels can be activated at the push of a button, and a connection to the Hyperice app is also possible.
“This collaboration is the result of years of work between our two brands — and just the beginning of what’s to come in performance footwear innovation,” says Hyperice founder Anthony Katz.

The Nike x Hyperice Hyperboot will be released on May 17 and will then be available at selected retailers. Click here for our Sneaker Release Overview.
