Two years after its debut, the Mizuno Wave Prophecy Moc returns in its most purist form. The silhouette arrives in an all-black finish from the sole to the upper, built with a premium mix of leather and suede.

First introduced by Mizuno Sportstyle in 2024, the Wave Prophecy Moc quickly found its place between classic sneaker design and more formal footwear. The model immediately hit the right note and sold out almost instantly.

Following its debut, the silhouette evolved through a range of iterations, including suede versions in brown and beige tones as well as a winter-ready Gore-Tex option.

For SS26, Mizuno returns to the model’s original concept, delivering the Wave Prophecy Moc in an all-black upper crafted from leather and suede.

This new edition not only marks the return of one of the brand’s most successful modern styles, but also offers a second chance for those who missed out on the initial release.

As part of the update, each pair comes with black cotton laces in place of the original white set. Lock-fixed rope laces are included as standard, a detail already seen on the Gore-Tex versions.

Beneath the durable leather upper, Mizuno’s iconic Infinity Wave tooling provides support, while pull tabs at the heel and collar make entry easier.

The Mizuno Wave Prophecy Moc will be released on February 13 and will be available at the following sneaker stores: AFEW, Asphaltgold, BSTN, HHV and SUPPA.
