The Fusion XT is inspired by the KARHU XT from the mid-90s — its name is a direct reference to the brand's cross-training roots.
‍

‍
Back then, the brand's diverse range included not only running models, but also a wide selection of court shoes and matching accessories.
The new Fusion XT pays tribute to exactly this special part of KARHU's heritage.

During the design process, the KARHU team drew on the archives and was inspired by several models from the 90s. The Fusion XT's iconic M logo and overlay side panels are clearly based on the 1996 Fusion design.
A dedicated heel stabilizer and a securely stitched tongue provide enhanced stability and all-day comfort.

In addition, an element from the KARHU Ultra from 1993 has been brought back: The unique Twin System Air Cushion — for maximum comfort, all day long.
Designed with performance in mind, the Fusion XT draws from its cross-training heritage and features a full rubber outsole for enhanced grip and traction.
