HOKA introduces the Stinson 8. The latest generation of the versatile road-to-trail running shoe has been completely redesigned to deliver a more stable ride without sacrificing the signature plush cushioning the series is known for. It is also the lightest version of the Stinson to date.

At the heart of the update is the redesigned H-Frame technology. Its open H-shaped construction promotes a smooth transition through the gait cycle and helps stabilize the foot on uneven terrain. This is complemented by an extra-soft lower layer of midsole foam designed to absorb impact.

The breathable mesh upper features durable woven panels and is designed for off-road use. A molded support structure provides additional midfoot lockdown.

The gusseted tongue stays securely in place while helping keep dust and small debris out of the shoe.

A newly developed all-terrain rubber outsole provides reliable grip. Its tread pattern is designed for smooth transitions between road and trail, delivering traction even on more technical terrain. A webbing heel pull tab makes the shoe easier to put on.

The men’s HOKA Stinson 8 weighs approximately 320 grams in a US size 10, while the women’s model weighs 272 grams in a US size 8.

Stack height measures 44 millimeters at the heel and 39 millimeters at the forefoot for men, and 43 and 38 millimeters respectively for women. Both versions feature a five-millimeter heel-to-toe drop.

The men’s Stinson 8 is available in Black/HOKA Citrus, Frost/Black, Varsity Navy/Faded Navy, Galactic Grey/Black, and Black/Outer Orbit. The women’s version comes in Barley Flour/Barley, Frost/Black, and Pink Opal/Alabaster.
