Dr. Martens teams up for a second time with independent NYC label MadeMe — a by-girls-for-girls brand with a bold attitude and unmistakable style.
Back in the spotlight: the Buzz. A low-key yet era-defining silhouette from the late ’90s that fuses rave nostalgia with unapologetic edge.

For SS25, the Buzz returns in eye-catching hair-on leather with a black and white check pattern.
The monochrome upper makes a bold statement while remaining effortlessly versatile. Key details include an oversized Velcro strap, padded ankle collars, and a rubberized MadeMe bubble logo.
The look is finished off with the signature curved Buzz outsole, complete with Leaf Pattern Tread and Dr. Martens' iconic Yellow Welt Stitch.

A design with attitude — made for a new generation of confident wearers who don’t believe in limits. MadeMe was founded in 2007 by Erin Magee, Chief Creative Officer at Supreme and a longtime defining voice in New York’s creative scene.
Her label stands for radical style, female-focused design, and an aesthetic rooted in the punk, skate, and rave culture of the ’90s and 2000s — making it a perfect match for the energy of Dr. Martens and the Buzz.

"For our second collaboration, I wanted to bring back an under-the-radar silhouette from the late ’90s – the Dr. Martens Buzz. It felt right for MadeMe: that era was all about women driving culture, music, and style. This version taps into that same raw energy, reimagined for a new generation of it-girls, championing a truly singular and radically instinctive take on girlhood."

The campaign was shot by London-based photographer Roxy Lee — known for her work in the city’s queer underground club scene — and features Ami Hughes, founder of GUT Studios and editor-in-chief of GUT magazine, alongside model Shannon Gendron.
