For the FIFA World Cup 2026, adidas Originals and Willy Chavarria are releasing “Comienza Con El Sueño,” a collaborative collection rooted in the idea that big dreams don’t begin on the world stage, but long before: on the streets, within one’s own community, and in the culture that shapes us.

Drawing on Mexico’s football DNA, the collection includes officially licensed Selección Nacional de México World Cup pieces. First shown on Willy Chavarria’s Autumn/Winter 2026 runway, the line-up spans soccer jerseys, a tracksuit, long soccer shorts and rugby shirt silhouettes, among other pieces.

The apparel line-up extends beyond the pitch with a blazer, long twill shorts, a button-up shirt, soccer tees, merch tees, a crewneck, a scarf and caps. Throughout the collection, Chavarria’s signature embroidery, graphic details and namesake slogan are integrated directly into the pieces.

The drop also includes Footwear. Built on Megaride franchise tooling, the Willy Mega Low and Megaride AG XL translate the Megaride DNA into a more voluminous form, finished with Chavarria branding on the tongue and red accents throughout. Completing the line-up is the Willy Chavarria Megaride Copa, a football-inspired silhouette.

The accompanying campaign puts the spotlight on young talents from the Selección Nacional de México, including Jesús Gilberto Orozco, Jeremy Márquez, Omar Campos and Ariel Castro. Together, they embody a new generation of footballers with their sights set on future World Cup stages.

The adidas Originals x Willy Chavarria “Comienza Con El Sueño” collection launches on June 10 and will be available at the following retailers: AFEW, Asphaltgold and BSTN.
