Originally launched in Brazil in 2005, the Volley was VEJA’s very first silhouette. Now, it returns as a playful children's version, drawing inspiration from classic volleyball shoes of the 1970s.
For this vibrant kids' release, VEJA has teamed up with The Social Food – a creative duo celebrated for their minimalist yet expressive aesthetic rooted in gastronomy and lifestyle. Together, they've crafted a collection that pays tribute to summer, travel, and fresh ingredients.

The Small Volley comes in a vibrant orange, inspired by the colorful and joyful tones of fruit – a nod to youthful energy and the carefree spirit of summer.
As with all VEJA kids' models, this version is Fair Trade certified and made in Brazil. With its versatile design, the Small Volley is perfect for everything from playground adventures to everyday wear.
Crafted from high-quality, sustainable materials, the Small Volley features an outsole made with 31% Amazonian rubber and an upper constructed from 100% ChromeFree leather. Suede panels and laces made from 58% recycled polyester complete the look.

The Social Food is the collaborative project of Shirley Garrier and Mathieu Zouhairi – a creative duo blending photography, art direction, and a deep passion for food. Their work is defined by visual clarity and a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing culinary impressions from around the globe.
Their projects span brand collaborations and editorial work, including books like “Retour de voyage, Les recettes” (Rizzoli), which brings together recipes and stories inspired by their travels.

The VEJA Small Volley from the VEJA x The Social Food collection will launch on April 9 and will be available at select retailers.
VEJA is available online and offline at 43 and a half, AFEW Store, Asphaltgold, The stable, HHV, JNS, Scoop86, SneakerTwins, SUPPA and ZebraClub.
