With the Cateyes, VEJA expands its AW26 Collection with a slim, lightweight silhouette that falls somewhere between a ballet flat and a sneaker.
Clean lines, a flat sole construction, and the rounded toe box give the model a modern, deliberately feminine look.
Special attention has been paid to the construction. The thin, lightweight sole tapers forward into a rounded toe box. This is complemented by an open-weave lining, whose visible seams highlight the connection between the upper and the leather interior.
Around the lacing area, VEJA introduces rounded lines for the first time—reminiscent of flower petals and echoing the shape of the V-logo.
Depending on the version, the Cateyes combines materials such as Organic Traced Leather, suede, metallic finishes, or monochrome looks. Colored laces, jagged details, and tricolor effects add further accents.
The insole is made from, among other materials, Amazonian rubber, bio-based E.V.A., recycled E.V.A., and organic cotton, while the outsole also contains a high percentage of Amazonian rubber.
The VEJA Cateyes will be released on June 17 and will then be available at select retailers. You can find VEJA at AFEW Store, Asphaltgold, BSTN, Der Stall, HHV, Jumpnshoez, SneakerTwins, and SUPPA.
