This season, Vans is presenting its collaboration with Advisory Board Crystals (Abc.)—a Los Angeles-based label focused on mindfulness.
Vans and Abc. combine their love of art and bring it to life on one of the most iconic skate silhouettes, the Sk8-Hi.
The Vans x Abc. SK8-Hi EXT embodies nostalgia. Its multi-layered aesthetic combines function and style with references to iconic Vans products.
The SK8-Hi EXT is transformed from a high-top to a mid-top and is available in two colorways: Ecru/Nimbus Cloud and Abc. Mismatch Black/White.
The models feature webbing details inspired by Abc. apparel designs, bungee lacing with an Abc. logo lace hook, and an embossed Abc. logo on the rubber toe cap.
Founded in 2015 by Remington Guest and Heather Haber, the brand Advisory Board Crystals specializes in experimental designs featuring detailed hoodies and T-shirts.
The couple’s passion for art connected them directly to the Vans brand and facilitated the collaboration.
