The Estudio Niksen x Saucony Trainer 80 is inspired by life outside the city.
Closer to nature, shaped by movement, work, and quieter moments between everyday life and escape. Workwear influences meet a soft yet functional design that places the classic Trainer 80 in a new context.

The color palette draws on natural elements: earthy tones, sun-bleached neutrals, and organic textures. Brushed suede, lightweight textiles, and striking embroidered details add depth and create a deliberately minimalist, harmonious overall look.

The construction features hairy suede on the toe, heel, and eyestay, as well as a ripstop mesh upper. The design is complemented by an embroidered River logo, a zigzag stitch logo, contrasting stitching, and woven co-branding on the tongue.

The design is rounded out by additional laces in various color options, a leather lining in the collar, a custom-designed sockliner, and a specially developed box design.

Estudio Niksen was founded in 2021 by Andres Barrios and Gabrielle Gagne and is known for an approach that combines timeless apparel and home goods with diverse influences.
The Estudio Niksen x Saucony Trainer 80 releases on April 30 and will be available at the following retailers: 43einhalb, AFEW, Asphaltgold, BSTN, HHV, and SUPPA.
