Today, Reebok and Latin American rapper and singer Anuel AA, Reebok Brand Ambassador, have announced a joint capsule called “Soy Leyenda” (“I am a legend”).

Chapter 1 of the series, “I Will Be Legend,” explores Anuel's past through a collection of sneakers for the entire family, available from July 12, 2024.

Anuel and Reebok officially joined forces in June 2023, thus launching a long-term partnership that will develop in various product collections and special projects.

“Soy Leyenda,” the first official collab by Reebok and Anuel, takes consumers on a journey through the artist's past, present and future.

Each component of the collection represents a different era on Anuel's journey to legend.

“Being a 'legend' means more than just reaching some level of cultural status,” explained Anuel. “It means you’re leaving an impact on future generations. I’ve had so many role models in my life who have shaped my character and my dreams, and I’m so thankful for them. They’re a big part of my story, this partnership, and this amazing product.”

The first part of the collection, “I Will Be Legend,” uses Reebok's classic shoe models to celebrate Anuel's early ambitions to sell out stadiums one day — dreams that have shaped his distinctive aesthetic of today, his energetic stage presence, his great performances and his emotionally charged music, which leaves fans with a lasting feeling of euphoria and connection.

Classic Leather “I Will Be Legend”

Inspired by the energetic stage lights, pyrotechnics and motorcycle props seen in Anuel's shows, this Classic Leather features a high-quality leather upper, a custom window box with Anuel's signature “Brrrrrr,” a Puerto Rican flag on the inside of the tongue, an embossed “Anuel” heel tab, custom graphic insoles, a textured, contrasting outsole and much more. Available in sizes for adults (unisex) and for elementary school age children.

BB4000 II “I Will Be Legend”

This explosive take on the legendary BB4000 II basketball shoe pays homage to Anuel's performance and love of the game.

It comes in high-quality leather and nubuck suede overlays on the outer material. The model features a custom 3D chrome vector logo, the Puerto Rico flag on the inside of the tongue, a woven label on the heel, a multicolor speckled midsole, and graphic insoles. Available in adult sizes
