Light born from nuclear fusion at the core of every star, or the auroras that appear as a result of solar flares. Often hidden from human eyes, yet mirrored across countless universes.

Embracing this notion of being both concealed and in plain sight, Mizuno unveils two iterations of the MXR.

The model pairs a two-tone open mesh with iridescent TPU overlays, elevated by anodized metallic accents and custom insoles featuring a gradient reminiscent of the night sky.

One colourway draws inspiration from natural light phenomena, while the other references the machines at the forefront of exploration — from space stations and the evolution of visionary concepts into real spacecraft, to the subtle lights of surface missions and sample collection.
