HOKA introduces the Clifton 11, the latest evolution of its trusted daily trainer. Drawing on more than a decade of Clifton history, the model pairs the series’ signature cushioning with a redesigned upper, an updated insole, and a refined fit.
Since its debut in 2014, the Clifton has become one of HOKA’s key running silhouettes.
The eleventh generation stays true to the model’s comfortable, versatile approach, while updated materials are designed to make the ride feel softer, smoother, and more effortless than ever.

The new upper is made from breathable jacquard mesh and wraps the foot with lightweight support. Strategically placed 3D silicone prints add stability and durability, while reflective details improve visibility in low-light conditions. A dual-lace closure system also allows for a more customized fit.
Underfoot, the Clifton 11 largely carries over the proven construction of its predecessor. The compression-molded EVA foam midsole provides soft cushioning and supports a smooth transition from heel to forefoot. The heel-focused Active Foot Frame helps stabilize the foot on landing, while the Smooth MetaRocker geometry promotes a fluid forward roll.

With an eight-millimeter drop, the men’s Clifton 11 has a stack height of 42 millimeters in the heel and 34 millimeters in the forefoot.
The women’s version measures 38 and 30 millimeters, respectively. Weight comes in at 282.8 grams for a men’s US 10 and 236.4 grams for a women’s US 8.

The launch is accompanied by HOKA’s “Look what smooth can do” campaign. Through fisheye perspectives and intentionally softened shapes, the visuals translate the shoe’s smooth ride into a world that seems to move in sync with the runners.
The HOKA Clifton 11 releases on July 16, 2026, and will be available at select retailers. You can find HOKA at: AFEW, Asphaltgold, BSTN and HHV as well as Bunert, Laufbar, Lunge and shop4runners.
‍
In addition, the HOKA Clifton PRO has been available since July 9. The model serves as a more progressive performance version of the series and is designed for runners who prioritize efficiency, control, and repeatable performance in their daily training.

At the heart of the shoe is the new PROGLIDE+ technology, which combines elastic SCF foam with HOKA’s dynamic MetaRocker for the first time.
The result is a smooth, efficient rolling sensation that absorbs impact and actively guides the foot forward.
