OTTO958 continues its collaboration with ASICS and presents the latest result of their partnership with the PROTOBLAST-CMLVIII sneaker. The first collaboration between the two brands in September 2013, the ASICS x OTTO958 Gel-Flexkee Pro, already caused a stir and remains a highlight to this day.

The new PROTOBLAST-CMLVIII retrieves designs from the brand's archive and reinterprets them in a contemporary way. The nickname “O” from OTTO958 is prominently placed on the Toebox, while the sides are decorated with the ASICS logo.

The sneaker features updated underlays and premium leather overlays, while preserving the distinctive GEL-100 design elements on the midfoot and along the lacing system.

When designing the midsole and toe box, the designers were inspired by the GELBURST and GELHOOP 6 basketball shoes.

Complemented by elements from the ASICS performance running collection, the sneaker offers modern FF BLAST cushioning. Originally developed for sport, this feature now also brings comfort and functionality to everyday life.

The ASICS x OTTO958 Protoblast-CMLVIII is released today at AFEW Store, Asphaltgold and VooStore.
