ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov Studio present the new Curation Model: UB9-S GEL-DS TRAINER 14

The UB9-S GEL-DS TRAINER 14 sneaker, created from the creative partnership between ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov Studio, is released just in time for the start of the spring season.

Curated by Kiko Kostadinov Studio in collaboration with the ASICS SPORTSTYLE development team, the UB9-S GEL-DS TRAINER 14 represents a completely new silhouette that will be unveiled for the first time at the end of the month.

The design follows the leitmotifs of previous curations between Kiko Kostadinov Studio and ASICS and embodies the idea of Nature's Imprint by combining organic textures with recycled materials.

‍

The sneaker uses a striking contrast of opaque and bright colors, while matte surfaces underline the deeper connection between people and nature.

The multi-layered outer material is reminiscent of fossils and rock structures, while moiré-like textures imitate the feel of of everyday ready-made objects.

In addition to its progressive design, the UB9-S GEL-DS TRAINER 14 impresses with a lightweight, slim construction for maximum comfort and support.

The integrated TRUSSTIC support system provides improved stability, while the GEL cushioning in the heel provides optimal shock absorption. The distinctive midsole further reinforces the design and ensures a comfortable running experience.

In addition, the UB9-S GEL-DS TRAINER 14 was developed with a focus on sustainability: At least 30% of the synthetic fibers in the outer material consist of recycled materials.

It comes in four expressive colors: Desert Camp/Piquant Orange, Waterfall/Lichen Rock, Midnight/Purple Oxide and Dark Mustard/Truffle Grey.

The sneaker will be available from February 28 via select retailers such as AFEW Store, Asphaltgold, HHV, SUPPA and VooStore.
