adidas and IVY PARK unveil the final installment of their joint collaboration, titled IVY PARK NOIR. The all-black collection celebrates movement and materiality and highlights the human form with silhouettes that embody strength, freedom, and individuality.
The new collection marks the culmination of the collaboration between the two brands, combining adidas’ athletic and functional excellence with IVY PARK’s signature emphasis on form and its trend-defying creative vision. With a unique black color palette, IVY PARK NOIR deliberately focuses on fabric, fit, and texture, showcasing elegance through a sensual interplay of materials.
The collection caters to every phase of an active lifestyle—from warm-up to cool-down. Materials include luxurious embossed leather, exposed mesh, and lacquered latex, which come together to form a complex yet refined capsule collection. Standout pieces include form-fitting tops and pants, relaxed 3-D knit sweatshirts, multifunctional jackets, and the unique IVY PARK jersey.
The IVY PARK NOIR lineup also features innovative footwear that heralds a new era of style and function. Smooth, sculpted, and embossed elements give the collection’s sneakers an architectural foundation, while a chunky, over-the-knee boot offers a utilitarian take.
The collection was designed with the inclusivity characteristic of the IVY PARK brand and is available in sizes ranging from XXS to 3XL. IVY PARK NOIR will be available starting October 12, 2023, at select adidas and partner stores worldwide.
The campaign is inspired by film noir and the power and dynamism of photographers such as Helmut Newton and Richard Avedon, and underscores the essentialism of the all-black collection.
Elevated black-and-white portraits, shot against a soft, white-gray background, are accentuated by a playful spotlight that lends the images a touch of tension and freedom.
