This December, adidas Originals pays tribute to a Christmas classic: Inspired by the red-and-white Forum sneaker worn by the main character, Kevin McCallister, in the first "Home Alone" movie (German title: “Kevin – Allein zu Haus”), the brand with the three stripes and the film studio have teamed up to release a limited edition of the popular silhouette.

Drawing inspiration from Kevin’s dramatic encounters with Harry and Marv—also known as “The Wet Bandits”—the timeless Forum Low sneaker features a series of playful and unique updates.

The cream-white leather upper is accented with red details and features burn marks reminiscent of the fire scene from the movie.

A canvas strap with a torn section featuring the film’s logo on the front and the slogan “This is my house, I have to defend it” on the back underscores the inspiration from *Home Alone*.

On the heel is a glow-in-the-dark metal loop—a humorous nod to the McCallister family’s doorknob and the hot-wire trap Kevin used to defeat the “wet bandits.”

The festive look is rounded out with Home Alone rubber keychains and metal charms on the laces, which subtly reference key moments from the film, as well as three additional insoles featuring printed images of scenes from the movie.

The “Home Alone” Forum Low sneaker will be available starting December 11 at 43einhalb and Asphaltgold.
