adidas Originals and Capital Bra are launching a collaborative Forum Low under the slogan “Berlin Lives.”
In collaboration with Berlin-based rapper Capital Bra, adidas Originals is releasing a limited-edition version of the Forum Low in January. The sneaker was designed and styled by Capital Bra himself and is the result of a long-standing partnership between the brand with the three stripes and the rapper.
The Capital Bra shoe features the Forum silhouette and comes in a simple black-and-white colorway with high-quality Saffiano leather accents. It stands out especially for its creative details, some of which pay homage to the city of Berlin.
A special highlight is the “Berlin lebt” lettering—named after the rapper’s fourth studio album—which appears on the sneaker’s outsole. Also unmistakable are the references to the rapper himself, integrated throughout the shoe:

while the logo of his label “Bra Musik” appears on the tongue of the sneaker and on a black-and-gray metal embellishment on the laces.
“For me, Berlin is the most incredible city of all. Nowhere else can you find so much creativity, life, and energy all at once,” says Capital Bra.
“With my own adidas Forum, I want to show exactly that and celebrate my hometown of Berlin and the Berlin community.”
To mark the sneaker’s launch, a blockbuster-style campaign film in the spirit of “Berlin lebt” was produced, centered on Capital Bra and the German capital, and it will premiere on January 14, 2022.
In a visionary science-fiction style, the clip alternates between whimsical Berlin cityscapes and detailed close-ups of the sneaker, as well as narratively shifting between dream and reality.
The focus is on the fascination of Berlin—a metropolis that never sleeps—and the artist’s influence on this distinctive city.
Germany’s most successful rapper has been part of the three-stripe family since March 2021. The partnership is defined by creativity and self-expression, which is also reflected in their latest joint venture.
The adidas Originals Forum Low Capital Bra will be available in limited quantities starting January 21.
