adidas Originals, Bad Bunny, and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team announce the launch of the Bad Bunny Adiracer GT and the Bad Bunny Motorsport Collection—a continuation of the partnership that brought Formula 1 to Puerto Rico for the first time.

Following the spectacular demo run on August 2, 2025—during which a Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 car raced across the iconic Puente Dos Hermanos in San Juan, making Formula 1 history on Puerto Rican soil for the first time—the collaboration is entering its next phase.
To celebrate this moment, Bad Bunny was officially introduced as the newest member of the team—a symbol of his fearless drive to blaze new trails and push boundaries.

The Adiracer GT made its debut as part of the adidas Originals exhibition “The Archive” at the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico during Bad Bunny’s sold-out “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí” residency.

Here, fans got their first glimpse of this groundbreaking collaboration, which expresses energy in motion—where culture, speed, and style converge. It’s Bad Bunny’s first head-to-toe vision, inspired by the dynamics of motorsports and a fascination with speed.
At the center is the Adiracer GT, a modern interpretation of the classic driving shoe: low-profile, streamlined, and fluid in design.
The model draws on the design language of early 2000s racing models and translates it into a contemporary, technical aesthetic. An exoskeleton structure wraps around the aerodynamic upper, which sits on a fine suede base—inspired by materials from F1 racing.

The apparel pieces incorporate classic racing elements, reinterpreted through Bad Bunny’s cultural lens: striking typography, badges, and color-blocking details are complemented by the “94” motif—a reference to race numbers and Bad Bunny’s year of birth.

In terms of color, the collection draws on the dark, asphalt-inspired tones of the racetrack and combines technical precision with a high-fashion finish.
High-quality materials and bold branding give the collection a contemporary, elegant look that reimagines racing culture—featuring a cap, zip-up tee, race jacket, racing gloves, and pants.

The collaboration between adidas Originals, Bad Bunny, and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team embodies the shared spirit of innovation among all partners. Bad Bunny’s creative energy bridges culture and sports—and continues to drive aesthetic change forward.

The Bad Bunny Adiracer GT and the Motorsport Collection will be released in November 2025 and will be available at the following retailers: 43einhalb, AFEW-Store, Asphaltgold, HHV, and SUPPA.
