Wind tunnel design meets vibrant color accents—the adidas Ozrah
The design of the adidas Ozrah was primarily inspired by the Ozweego from the 1990s. And indeed, upon closer inspection, we can see some similarities: From the chunky midsole construction, the round laces, and the eye-catching overlays scattered across the upper, it’s clear that the two models belong to the same family.
Furthermore, we see some parallels to various Kanye West x adidas models. The wind tunnel-like lines on the upper are also reminiscent of the Yeezy QNTM basketball model. The toe box bears similarities to that of the Yeezy Boost 700 Wave Runners.
From a technical standpoint, there’s a parallel to the Yeezy 500: adiPRENE+. This cushioning material was used in both models. adiPRENE+ is designed to provide a responsive and dynamic running experience and is located in the forefoot area.
The progressive silhouette of the adidas Ozrah combines a futuristic look with clean design lines and minimalist color combinations. The technical features highlight the exceptional design and make the Ozrah a comfortable everyday sneaker.
Now, adidas has unveiled the Ozrah in a new colorway. The shoe features bold contrasts and eye-catching color accents. The silhouette’s textile upper features a mix of black and white, with the heel area of the sneaker in black and the midfoot and toe box in white.
Transparent rubber stripes run in vertical lines across the entire upper, giving the silhouette a certain depth.
Beige and dark gray overlays are featured on the toe box and heel of the sneaker, giving the silhouette a premium look. Neon green accents on the laces and heel make for a real eye-catcher. These details highlight the futuristic design of the adidas Ozrah.
The midsole is also neon green. In the heel area, the green is toned down by a transparent element.
