Whether on the runway or on the street, in the club or at the gym, the new KNWLS x Nike collection accompanies and accentuates every movement of the athlete.
The eight-piece capsule, created in collaboration between Nike and the London-based label KNWLS, presents a complete wardrobe for women – a fusion of athleticism, elegance and avant-garde fashion, interpreted as High-Femme Armor.

“To me, and I think to most women, sportswear is so transitional. I want to go play badminton wearing something practical and comfortable for the sport but also feel attractive and reflective of my style,” says Charlotte Knowles, co-founder, KNWLS.
“The idea that you could even wear these pieces to the club after a run, that’s where we were coming from when designing the collection.”

At the heart of the collection is the Scythe Corset — inspired by the Nike FE/NOM Flyknit sports bra and crafted from the same yarns used in Nike Flyknit footwear.
It marks the first time KNWLS has applied Flyknit beyond the realm of shoes — a first in the history of the technology.
Featuring a deep, rounded hem, hook-and-eye closures, lace-up detailing and a back zipper for ease, the corset embodies the essence of the collection: traditional craftsmanship reimagined through technical innovation and athletic elegance.

This principle is also reflected in the Ghost Top and Ghost Pant, which merge KNWLS’s signature cuts and techniques with Nike’s functional precision.
Both pieces are crafted from Circular Knit and dyed in an Asutex Wash. The top features distinctive cut-outs for breathability and visual impact, while the pants, with their subtly flared legs, echo KNWLS’s signature silhouette.

“For this collection, we wanted to use Nike innovations in new ways to create timeless, appealing sportswear for women,” says Charlotte.
“We used Flyknit sneaker technology to create a structured corset and developed fully-fashioned knitwear tops and leggings. And for the Air Max Muse, we created a bespoke molded TPU toe reminiscent of our Raptor boots, resulting in a completely new trainer silhouette.”

The short-sleeve Storm Top combines bleached checkered Dri-FIT material with a fitted waist and side button closures.
The Joan Twinset includes a cropped, weatherproof jacket with a hood and a double-layered skirt featuring deep zippered pockets and integrated shorts.
The specially developed technical plaid fabric is interwoven with reflective threads, while contrasting taped seams echo the boning of classic KNWLS corsetry.

The Razr Run Bag reinterprets a KNWLS icon, crafted from durable nylon and leather with a solid rubber base inspired by Nike’s first Waffle outsole.
The collection is completed by the Nike Air Max Muse Ballet — an innovative silhouette for women that captures Nike’s position at the intersection of sport and style, while reflecting KNWLS’s unmistakably feminine design language.

Inspired by ballet flats, vintage football trainers and the KNWLS Fang Boot, the result is a club-ready silhouette with a futuristic twist.
The tapered toe shape, derived from KNWLS’s AW20 footwear, gives the shoe a futuristic yet archaic edge.
Quilted details and subtle airbrush effects accentuate the structure and highlight its sculptural form. In the accompanying campaign, Nike athlete Imani-Lara Lansiquot, model Soo Joo Park, contortionist Evgenia Nirka and artists Crystallmess and VTSS embody the strength and versatility of the modern KNWLS x Nike heroine.
The Nike Air Max Muse Ballet x KNWLS will be released on October 23 and will be available at select retailers.
