Actually, it was only a matter of time. After Mischa and Olli had already founded the German online magazine SNEAKERIZED.COM, worked as authors for various German sneaker magazines, Olli developed their own sneaker brand Fläk Footwear and the two had only sneakers in their heads anyway, the joint sneaker store could no longer wait. Because in a good relationship, it feels best to have “you” around you all day long.
And as in so many love stories, it wasn't long before offspring knocked on the door. Whether it's the shop crew, the pacmen in the warehouse or our office dudes — every new family member has grown dear to us over the years and has made us what we are today: A committed bunch of sneaker crazies.
By the way, our shop name does not mean a limited range of sizes: 43 and a half is the common shoe size of Olli and Mischa. It is also no coincidence that this size adorns the wall of the house at Peterstor 7 in tranquil Fulda of all places. As real Fulda boys, we would have had our sneakers stepped on rather than open a shop in another city — and that's saying something.
What can you expect at 43 and a half? A selected range of sneakers, about which we could give you at least ten minute presentations. From exclusive Yeezy and Jordan releases to lifestyle sneakers and performance runners, at 43einhalb, we offer everything a sneaker's heart could possibly imagine.
